Wanderlust Smoked Tofu Wraps

Welcome to the Wanderlust Vegans Kitchen! We will be providing you with simple, easy recipes every Friday for healthy meals on your travels.

Today we will be making Smoked Tofu Wraps.


(3 wraps)

Ingredients:

One brick of smoked tofu
Vegan Mayo
Sriracha sauce
Washed Spinach
Flour Torillas
Salt and Pepper to taste.



Directions:

Cut smoked tofu into strips.

On a plate start by spreading vegan mayo on a flour tortilla.

Add as much sriracha sauce to the mayo as desired.

Place 4-5 smoked tofu strips on the flour tortilla.

Add a handful of washed spinach.

Fold the sides of the tortilla and then roll to form a burrito looking wrap.

Enjoy!

As an alternative to vegan mayo you can use hummus, guacamole, mustard, vegan pâté, bbq sauce or any sauce you can get your hands on.
